In the justification of the proposal, it was pointed out that the main way to strengthen the family is to support women economically and socially both in the family and in social life.
According to the news of Türkiye Newspaper; The proposal also includes an increase in child allowance amounts and a regulation under the title of 'maternity support'.
It will last until children turn 18
Mothers who are Turkish citizens are required to be paid a quarter of the net minimum wage for each child per month until their children turn 18 years old.
In addition to the obligation to establish a child nursery in workplaces with 100 or more employees, the proposal also includes a regulation that children whose parents work in these workplaces will benefit from these workplaces free of charge.
In these workplaces, half of the nursing home cost per child will be covered by the state, and in workplaces where there is no child nursing home, it is envisaged that employers will provide nursing home support to parents.
